“Sometimes we must lose ourselves, to find ourselves.”

Deities and creatures of Mythology of ancient cultures, of both the good and the ultimately evil had been thrown from their homes to a limbo dimension in between time and space – a state of forgetfulness, the incapability of remembering - and trapped in a human form. They have completely forgotten who and what they are. They are driven unconsciously to figure out their past lives and return to the home they came from, the only way for them to remember who they were is through the use of “triggers”. Triggers are events or objects that are linked to their respective cultures or mythologies, such as flesh wounds, blood, certain weather and even people; things relative to who they were before the rip in the dimensions transported them.

Now, each person remains on the island of Metanoia, Maine. A large yet quiet town, these mythological deities and creatures must live amongst humans without mythological ancestry. Will they figure out their true origins or will they just remain myths?
